Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DreamForge website and DreamForge mobile app, made available by Eventide Labs LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using DreamForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or DreamForge.

Use of Website and Apps

You agree to use our website and DreamForge only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of our services.

You are solely responsible for the prompts, reference images, generated images, workflows, server routes, provider accounts, exports, shares, publications, and other content or settings you create, import, process, generate, organize, export, share, publish, sell, or otherwise use through DreamForge.

Do not use DreamForge to create, store, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, or otherwise violates applicable law, the rights of others, or the terms of any third-party service you use.

Your ComfyUI Server and Workflows

DreamForge is a mobile control surface for a user-configured ComfyUI server. DreamForge does not include ComfyUI inside the app and Eventide Labs does not operate your personal ComfyUI server by default. You are responsible for installing, configuring, securing, maintaining, updating, and operating your own ComfyUI server, workflows, custom nodes, model files, API keys, provider accounts, network routes, and storage.

The availability, speed, quality, cost, safety behavior, and results of generation or upscaling may depend on your hardware, network, ComfyUI setup, provider accounts, credits, workflows, custom nodes, and third-party APIs.

Third-Party Services and Partner APIs

DreamForge may interact with services you configure, including your ComfyUI server, Comfy account, partner-node APIs, model providers, Magnific, Seedream, Google Gemini, Nano Banana, OpenAI/ChatGPT-style image services, Tailscale, VPN services, Apple Photos, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, billing rules, usage limits, content policies, and account requirements.

Partner API workflows may send selected prompts and selected images through your ComfyUI server to third-party provider servers for generation or enhancement. You are responsible for understanding the workflows, nodes, accounts, API keys, credits, and provider terms that apply to your setup.

Generated Content and AI Outputs

AI-generated or AI-enhanced outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, selling, sharing, or relying on them. Eventide Labs does not guarantee that any generated output will be unique, error-free, commercially usable, non-infringing, or accepted by any platform, marketplace, client, or provider.

Subject to these Terms and the terms of any third-party services you use, you retain responsibility for the content you import, create, generate, organize, export, or share through DreamForge.

Eventide Labs does not review, approve, moderate, or control reference images or generated images stored locally in DreamForge. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for any reference images, prompts, outputs, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other content you use with or produce through DreamForge.

You are also responsible for deciding whether generated or enhanced content is appropriate for your intended use, including commercial use, client work, publication, advertising, resale, submission to platforms, or use with third-party providers.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how DreamForge handles app content, local storage, device permissions, API keys, ComfyUI connections, partner API workflows, and website data. By using DreamForge, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Eventide Labs name, DreamForge branding, site design, app design, and related content are owned by Eventide Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from DreamForge, the website, our branding, or our app design except as allowed by applicable law or with written permission from Eventide Labs LLC.

App Store Distribution

If you obtain DreamForge through the Apple App Store, your use may also be subject to Apple’s terms, policies, and device restrictions.

To the extent applicable, these Terms supplement Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and any Apple App Store terms that apply to your download or use of DreamForge. Apple is not responsible for operating DreamForge or providing support for DreamForge.

Subscriptions and Billing

DreamForge may offer paid monthly subscriptions or other in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Subscription payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account and Apple's In-App Purchase system. Eventide Labs LLC does not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings. Billing, refunds, taxes, family sharing, renewal notices, price changes, and payment issues are handled according to Apple's App Store terms, policies, and subscription processes.

A DreamForge subscription covers access to the app features offered in the applicable subscription tier. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not include ComfyUI server hosting, hardware, internet service, Comfy credits, partner API credits, provider subscriptions, third-party API charges, Tailscale/VPN service, or any other third-party costs connected to your workflows or accounts.

Support and Availability

We may provide documentation, troubleshooting information, or email support, but we do not guarantee that every third-party workflow, ComfyUI installation, custom node, provider account, network route, or API will work with DreamForge. Features may change, be updated, become unavailable, or depend on third-party services outside our control.

No Warranty

Our website and DreamForge are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that DreamForge will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every ComfyUI setup, or free from data loss, provider errors, network issues, workflow failures, or unexpected AI output.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventide Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or DreamForge.

This includes damages or losses related to generated content, failed generations, provider charges, API credits, deleted files, unavailable third-party services, network configuration, ComfyUI server issues, or reliance on AI-generated output.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eventide Labs LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of DreamForge, your content, your ComfyUI server or workflows, your provider accounts, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law, third-party right, or third-party service term.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
